We provide our opinion upon review and analysis on the evidence provided, as it relates to the various agreements and building contract, including the matters that relate to statutory compliance in designing and construction of buildings.
Constantine D. Moschoyiannis is the founder and Principal Director of Morea Pty Ltd, providing architecture and consultancy services since 1985.
In addition, the firm provides architectural services including inspection reports, feasibility studies, master planning, conceptual schematics, 3D visualization, design, contract documentation, contract administration, interior design and project management.
His personal experience has also included consulting and advising legal practitioners on construction and other project matters. This also includes contract advice and briefing to lawyers.
In addition, he has advised, engaged and briefed in lawyers and consultants for planning matters in various Courts and Tribunals around Australia and Building dispute matters at the
Building Commission.
He provides expert opinion services by way of reports and appearing in courts as an expert witness.
