An iconic home in the heart of Balwyn North. Morea Architects overcame significant planning obstacles to deliver this stunning bespoke home.

4-storeys of sheer class, this art-deco influenced dwelling, was carefully designed, one curved moulding at a time.

​

Underpinned by a romantic elliptical staircase with skylight above, the floor plate amenities and external outlook have inspired many grand homes to come.
